Samprand Marketing & Consulting ("Samprand," "we," "us") operates samprand.com and the Relebo messaging service, which lets us communicate with clients and prospects through the WhatsApp Business Platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Messaging data: when you message us on WhatsApp or another channel, we receive your phone number, profile name, the content of your messages (including any media you send), and delivery and read status.
Contact details you provide: such as your name, email, company, and details about your request.
Website data: basic usage and device information collected by our website host and analytics tools.

To respond to your messages and provide the services you request.
To draft, suggest, or send replies with the help of automated and AI-assisted tools. A member of our team oversees these conversations.
To schedule appointments, send service updates you have asked for, and keep records of our communications.
To improve our services, keep them secure, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us deliver our services, under terms that limit their use of it. These include Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), our messaging infrastructure provider, AI model providers that process message content to generate draft replies, and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention
We keep conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or tell us to stop messaging you at any time. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp to opt out of messages from us.

Data deletion requests
To request deletion of your data, email relebo@samprand.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the phone number or email you used to contact us. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
